Is there any school/institute or people who offers tattoo training?
(I just wanna know where did those good artist came from)
secondly how much will it cost? I'm really looking forward to learn the how to's on tattoo..
jonathan is right. i accept apprenticeship. but you need to be screened. once you pas the screening, it's time to think it over...you will be my slave. LOL!
build a portfolio..all ur drawings..if u have ur tattoo equipment, pratice on friends and take pictures, itll help them see how u work. then go get an Apprenticeship from a good artist. thats where u learn techniques...
I never went to any formal apprenticeship...it will take a lot of man hours to develop ur own style, & still I'm learning everytime I do ink...
ung art education helped...pero ang main important thing is marunong kang mag drawing, freehand...madami kasing customers na theyll just tell u thier ideas in thier head & it is up to u how to interpret it in your artwork on paper 1st then skin.....
i think there's only 1 school ,it's in new york-costs a couple thousand or more a year.
as for becoming a good artist- it takes a lotta time and practice.nobody ever
gets that good over night.the best place to learn is in a shop with a good artist. be prepared
to do things that you don't like doing,toilets-cleaning-errands-etc. being a personal slave to an
artist will pay off in the end-that's the price that we pay to learn how to tatt.
