ive read the qualifications to be a philtag member. but ive met better atrist that arnt philtag.

yep. it doesn't mean once an artist is a member of philtag, they already got skills. hahaha!

being a philtag nowadays is like being a poser. LOL!

main reason for them easily passing the screening is to accumulate more monthly dues. funds supposedly for the group but only few benefit from it (people on the ranks). and no body knows where the money is going.

i was a member before. i terminated myself. but still my status is AWOL.

its funny coz they require me to pay my dues first or give back my credentials for me to be free.

what a lame idea! LOL!!!!

a school does not get back the diploma once you graduated, right?

hala...thats sad....
and mr president might be acting like a celebrity already. i dont know what projects he has to help the philtag members...it seems like its not very organized now.

hahaha! he feels it is...

its a one man show! hahaha!

philtag for me man is great you know this organization can make a differnece if they going to use right...... in congress if they pass a law regarding workers with tattoo will be relive from their work philtag can make an appeal.... co'z philtag is registered and organization like this can always lift simple artist if he/she is skilled....... any way i hope philtag make new adjustment not only for the members but also for the artist underground....... organization is builed to organize things not to manupilate things....

hahaha! what you are saying is a drea man!

unless there are selfless leaders, that will do.

but for now, it's a waste of time to think about it.

a small power i hand kills. it can blow one's head up, like nothing matters but his judgement.

its always his judgement nman e..i think the whole phil tag organization is built and planned with how mr pres wants things.

i heard dutdutan will be done differently na becos mr press didnt like the gulo in 2008. they want it done with less people. only artist. i dont know how true this is..

thing is, we could use events like that to attract the media and raise awareness to the public about it and have more people open their mind to tattoos....

there is a bias in the general population kc in phils..a lot of people think its unprofessional to work when you have them. come on, its an art thats why we get tattoos and not because we're stupid or have lapses of jugement.

body art should not be discriminated against just cos some people dont understand it.

sometimes kc work places associate tats with negative things, like AIDS, gangs, people with criminal records..blah blah blah....

hay naku. frustrating.

it would be good business for the tattoo artists if the president and members have a plan to change public opinions...open some minds

or maybe im also dreaming.

yes you are dreaming.

even he has his mind closed!

and what will you think if you are an artist?

why have a pre-screening prior to the competition, asking the bearer, who did the work?

and when the answer is DYANI LAO...oops sorry! you are not qualified...

and why one of the judges won? meaning, he have an entry of his own!!!

WHAT THE FORK!!!

the sole purpose for these conventions (as what they feel), wait. let me rephrase that... the main objective of the competitions, is not awareness... but showing-off and MONEY making.

why is it held earlier last year??? to make money for the convention in saipan...

as we all know dutdutan is always held december.

hahaha!

now what?

be a judge!

i have friend that are already a member of phil tag and some are graduating this year they one of them see phil tag not as a money pot or showing-off he have good trust on the org..... but the other one he see it a very negative way he just want the membership that's way he is still on going training and seminars....... if phil tag have a sec. no. or if its registered phil tag have all rights to protest to set rules actually they can make a law regarding tattoo and find a congressman to present it..... phil tag must think big co'z the org it self is national.... any way that is just a suggestion..................
what the fook....its like phil politics...
who went to the saipan convention? only phil tag members?

i dont know facts about the org..ill stay out of it nlang:P
i'd rather shut up aswell...
hihihihihi....

join them to know them!
